Regarding Entering in UK after getting the TIER 1 Visa

Hello Everyone,
I got HSMP EC (VISA TIER 1 (GENERAL) MIGRANT) in the Month of January. Is there any rule that, I need to enter into UK with in 3 months from the Visa Valid start Date? Please let me know.
