psw refusal

Post by sapkotabimal » Sun Jan 25, 2009 8:41 am

hi everyone, i am also a victime of PSW Refusal, i was rejected last month and home office sent my passport just before 8 days from the expiry date of my visa. Meanwhile, again i got the admission in one of the college in london and applied in student visa. i have gone through all those biometric test, hopefully i will get studnet visa within a week. and my query is, will i be eligible to reapply in psw once i get my student visa? i heard that after being rejected from psw and switching into studnet must wait 3 months to reapply psw. is that true.

i will well come your emails in my email id if u wish to

thank you

Are you really going to study or the visa is just to be able to stay longer and give you enough time to prepare a new PSW application? The only problem I forsee is an overzealous caseworker who will want to know why you got a student visa right after and applied almost immediately for a PSW again. But maybe you can seek legal advice and know if it's ok. Good Luck.
