Can I apply for Tier 1

Can I apply for Tier 1

Hi,

I have a case currently in Judicial review for 10yr ILR refusal, I have job interviews and I wanted to know if it was possible to apply for HSMP while I still have a case going on with the courts.

I think you can only apply if you have a valid leave to remain in UK. But check with senior member.
