Dear All,

Please need advise. i have submit application for my IGS and wife. My statement is only enough for my own maintenance (£800), but not for my wife. Please, I want to confirm whether both of us may be refused???

Unfortunately yes because you don't have sufficient maintainance funds.

Thanks for the prompt reply. The money is more than £800, it is enough for me but not for my partner. I am afraid since we submitted together, my application may also be refused

As far as I think your dependent has seprate application, so most likely you will get the visa as you have sufficent funds for yourself being a main applicant having your own independent applicaiton.

Your partner does not has sufficent funds which must be included in MAIN APPLICANT'S BANK STATEMENT, so his/her applicaiton may not get sucess, still I am unsure If HO consider your application on human rights grounds, being husband and wife?

It will affect the outcome of your application most definitely. Just hope for the best, you should have enough to support your wife or they will refuse you owing to inadequate maintenance funds.
