I am asim Hanif,i live in itlay for the last nine year,i have a work permit,i want to move from itlay to uk

what can i do,
i am not highly educated person,basically i am plumber,i did,t get the basic education in the field of plumbing,but i am a very good plumber,what will i do
how i can get a job offer letter
how i can get a visa
