T1 refused as the HO coud't verify with the current college

T1 refused as the HO coud't verify with the current college

Hi All

I got my required points successfully from HO

1. for UK University Degree (2006)
2. Previous Earnings (03-04)
3. Uk Experience present visa
4. Age

but today on the 30th JAN 09 my visa was refused as the HO said they could not veirfy with my present college I was enrolled with. Now my visa expiring in the end of march

Extend student visa?
what to do with T1?
or any suggestions?

What couldn't they verify? Has your college been struck off the list?

I am not so sure if it's struck off, could you inform me how to check from the list of approaved colleges As well what could be the best option to go further with the !ier 1?

After checking with this website I guess my college is enlisted..but please advise me if that body (www.dcsf.gov.uk) is valid enough to strenghten my case if so what shall be done.

what is ur college name and when did u applied for ur tier1 could u explain please and what do u mean by that"they could not verify with ur college".
do u mean that they could not verify the college or they could not verify ur enrolment with the college it is bit confusing, do the home office clearly mentioned that ur college is bogus or not .

My apologies as I wrongly mentioned that I got points on preveious earnings, Actually, I was not given exact clearification by my agent untill I recieved the refusal letter from the agent.

The fact is that HO simply said They could not verify the 'documentation' with regards my current studies.

PS I am on student visa and my college is acrediated as far I am concerned.

Since I am left 2 more months student visa I have no right to apeal as mentioed in the HO letter, the only option I am left with is either aply fresh in this T1 category or continue a student..but I am afraid the to get extented as student is highly difficult with the current drift in HO.

Please advise

could u please tell me that what degree have u got in 2006 and from which university and i have also asked you before that which college u r enroled in as a full time student, did they say any thing in ur refusal that ur college is bogus.
