A question about the Tier 1 application form, please help

Post by silentray » Sun Feb 01, 2009 1:02 am

Hi,

I have a question about the question G1 and G2 in the application form:

G. HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review
G1. Does the applicant consider him/herself to be covered by the HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review Judgment of 8 April 2008?
Yes
No

G2. Does the applicant wish to have the application assessed in accordance with paragraph 39-42 of the HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review: Policy Document?
Yes
No

My understanding is that only people who hold a HSMP permission letter should answer YES here. I am making a fresh new application on the point base system. Should I answer NO to both of these two questions?

Many thanks and looking forward to your help.

Hi ,

Thanks for your reply. These two questions are in Section 3A which is for initial applicants:

Section 3A - Initial Applications - Points Scoring Assessment.
Attributes
Yes
No

It is for new applicants. I don't understand why they ask this for new applicants. Can anyone help? Should I answer NO to both of these questions?

Regards
