Marriage

Hi,

I have a question regarding the marriage. Is it possible that after submitting my application for PR, I get marry??? i.e. will I be able to enter my wife's name in the application so that when I leave I take her with me??? At this time after I have made application, will I be able to claim her points of adaptability????
