Hello All,

I am new to this forum and must thank you all for making this a huge knowledge base for people like us.

I am currently in USA on OPT. I did MS in Management Information Systems from University of Texas at Dallas and currently working in NYC on OPT.

I started my MS in Aug 07 and graduated in Dec 08. I am planning to apply for Tier 1 General category in coming 2 months from USA. My queries are.

1. Since I was a Full Time student from Aug-07 to Dec-08. Is it appropriate to show my income in India from Jul-06 to Jul-07 as my past 12 months of earnings? (since it was the latest before I became a full time student)

2. I was working with Lehman Brothers and its no more in business in India. I have their Form-16s but am missing on 4 payslips. Could any one guide me on how to go about these. I have
1. Bank Statements for that year indicating the salaries paid
2. Form - 16s
3. Payslips (missing 4)

Any help would be highly appreciated.
