Confusion in points calim for past earnings - please help

Post by InidiaCalling » Wed Feb 04, 2009 6:22 pm

Hi,

I am currently working in switzerland (onsite through accenture India) from last two years and want to apply for tier1 visa from switzerland. I have a big confusion in the points claiming through past earnings and request you to kindly advice me. The situation is as below:-

I get my swiss earnings in my Indian bank account in addition to my indian salary. The swiss component is represented as MISC: EARNING and total (indian and swiss) is represented as GROSS EARNING in my pay slips. Also, I pay tax on my Gross earning.

My question is what salary part should I consider for points claim - MISC. Earning or Indina salary or both i,e Gross earning.

Also, If I am taking Gross earning and multiply it with 5.3 then the amount is come too huge (greater than 190000)...is this any problem ?

Request you to please advice me on the same.
Thanks !!
