I think HMRC with drawn all pending court appeals...As sush said you can send HMSP1(review) form for your extension...I think you no need to pay any fees as you already paid the fees...sushdmehta wrote:I stand to be corrected but I don't think you can apply for a fresh extension application when an appeal is pending (on a similar "extension" application).
FLR Tier 1 (HSMP) form is the one you should use to apply for extension (if and when you can).

fill the HSMP1(review) form and write a nice covering letter with all the facts and court reference number...
