One proof will be sufficient. Why two proof? It's not 'earning' criteria, its 'maintenance' criteria. Either of bank statements or letter from bank will do.arunsk wrote:For maintenance funds criteria, two proofs are required, both statements and letter from the bank.
As mentioned in previous posts its better the period matches in both the proofs.
if you ask bank for a statement today, you will get entries only upto yesterday (this is the case with ICICI, probably same with HSBC), so ensure that you do some transaction on the day previous to the one you wish to take the statements.
