Maintenance Funds Issue

Maintenance Funds Issue

Today I Went through the requirements for UK Tier 1 (General) visas and learned that one needs maintenance funds of 2800 GBP for over a period of three months. I was planning to apply before 20th of April 2009 since after that I will be 28 years of age and lose 10 points.

Right now for the month of January and February 2009 I have 1700 GBP in my account as maintenance funds. I have just sold my car which will take my account balance beyond 2800 GBP.

I do know that time required for maintenance is that of 90 days which I will not be able to meet.

Is there any way out of this or any alternates?

Would appreciate your responses on this

It looks like u r inside the UK, if so then what catagory r u in? r u switching from Work permit to Tier 1 or ....? Do u have any other bank account?

No... I am not in UK.. and I was intending to apply for UK Tier 1 (General)
