why r u going to UK? <Obviously money but, what should I say here>

Type of Visa? -- is this HSMP?

On what date you intend to arrive? - Should I say 1 year

Do i need to fill section 7 - employment in UK? - It says work permit holders!

Yes

No, put a specific date which is useful in case you need your visa quickly - I got mine in 1 day as I had my ticket reserved 2 days later.
