ILR - Employer Letter

Hi,

I am on HSMP and contracting through my ltd company. I w'll be paid every month salary and divideds to my self. I am due for my ILR in next month.

I just want to know do I need to carry any employer reference letter from my company. If so who would sign the letter as it is a two peole company(me as director and my wife as secretary).

I don't know whether you need a letter for ILR, but if you do; then if your wife is an authorised signatory of your company, she can sign the letter for you.
