Help required.... Few confusions due to time lapses

Hi...

I applied for HSMP way back in May 2004 and got the refusal in return dated November 2004. Due to postal error, original docs and refusal letter came to be in the month of March 2005 and decided to go for paid review of the case with some additinal documents. I did all this with help of one consultant.. Later end of the March, I gave him all the docs back with new documents + DD of 150 pounds. Just before few days I found he has not send the documents at all and no review case is filed with HO. Somehow I manage to get my originals back to me...

Now I need help with these questions..
First, can I still send the docs as paid review with old reference no.?? If yes, how much would be the HSMP fees?? New fees or old one?? How much is the new fees to be paid??

Any help would be appreciated...

Dear Anis!

YOu can still apply with a fresh application (as you intended to do i.e. paid review) and do not necessarily need to mention any reference to the earlier ones. The HSMP people will have a record on you with them already.

The fee, i guess, is GBP 315 but you can confirm from their website as well, which is
