Can anybody please guide: While in UK on Tier1, Can we start doing MBA there (part time) ?

If yes which universities/institutes are best and renowned for this course?

This is not the forum to be asking about which MBA courses are best, google is your friend.

As for your immigration related question, there is nothing stopping you doing part-time study as long as your earnings etc are all adequate for an extension or ILR.
