Hello Guys,
I have few queries regarding funds before I apply for my HSMP application. Please guide me and If you guys need more info please let me know.
1)Salary structure for March 2005 till Sept 2005)
Basic Salary BXXX
Allowances AXXX
HRA HXXX (HRA is being not deposited in the Bank as its
being deducted directly from the Salary)
----------------------
Total Gross GXXX Taxable Income
Dedution HRA HXXX (Directly Paid)
------------------
Net Salary Total NXXX Hence total inflow of Basic Salary + Allowances
can be shown in the Bank Statements
This amount NXXX is Under 28 years of age 11,800 GBP per annum = 25 Points B Category. The Net Salary Total NXXX is coming 1.24 % more than the earnings range PA required for category B. will it be safe range for claiming the 25 points for Past earnings.
2)If I have to take the points of the "Past Earnings" then which Bank's statement I will have to display while applying for HSMP? Our Indian NRE Bank or Korea's Bank statement.
3)Which Bank's Statement do I have to display while applying for EC? If it is the Indian bank then is the NRE account statement Valid, like can I show the one in which I have been transferring money in each month,
equivalent to our respective salary amount?
4)When do I have to show them the funds? I mean only while applying for HSMP(once applied can i use some funds from that account),
or after applying to HSMP untill i get the approval or while applying for EC?
5)How much should be the minimum funds for Under 28 years of age 11,800 GBP per annum = 25 Points B Category I should have, to get the points in HSMP and to clear the EC?
6)Now to display the funds,if at the end I sell off the real estate, for which I have been paying the monthly installment and deposit the money which is equivalent to our total of the installments during that particular timeframe(suppose march -sept) then will it be ok to show funds for HSMP/EC?
Many Thanks in Advance
Warm Regards
