Not asked about arrival date on form, and return of document

Post by blisspix » Sun Feb 22, 2009 10:54 pm

Husband has completed online VAF4 form for settlement and biometrics. The online form was different from the print version and guidance notes and did not ask when he plans to arrive in the UK. Is there somewhere I can add this - to the sponsor's letter perhaps? Ideally we want to go in mid-April.

I just had a panic about the documents - they do return them all to us if the visa is successful, right? We are including our original leases in addition to birth certificate and wedding certificate etc and I do need those back.

I'll be sending it all tomorrow, many last minute nerves!

If not asked for the date of arrival, then include/request it in a covering letter.
