4 years graduate work experience

What if one has 5 years graduate level work experience but has no specialist or senior level work experience. Will he get 25 marks or none? i.e. whether HSMP WP think that after 4 years one should be attaining specialist or senior level work experience.

The points are against what u claim.

If u claim 5 yrs exp and no special role or senior level , u ll get 35.

If u claim 5 yrs exp and special level or senior level and can prove it u ll get 50.

So if u have any senior level exp ,do claim it.
