Application Form Query

hi , I have a Query on the D5 of the main applicants application form.
i got my WP renewed in december 08 and it was renewed till 2009. so wat should I answer the question:
Are either the applicant’s current and/or any one of his/her previous passport(s) or travel document(s) that he/she has used to travel to, and remain in, the United Kingdom which shows his/her current leave unavailable?

please advise

Answer should be "No".
