Query on HSMP Extensions

Hi all,

I am in UK under HSMP. My current visa expires on 02.06.2009. When Can I apply for my extension?

Whether the current Tier 1 Changes will impact me. I have only Bachelor degree. From April 1 onwards the new Tier 1 changes will going to apply. Is there anyone same like me in this forum. I am expecting a positive response from this forum.
