I have done B.Tech degree in Madras University. I have worked in London, UK and now I am working in USA.

For the below qualifications in the points calculator.

PhD - 50 points
Masters Degree or Professional Level Qualification (eg Chartered Accountant) - 35 points
A Bachelors Degree (eg BA, BSc) - 30 pointsNone of above - 0 points

Am I coming under Masters Degree or Professional Level Qualifications or Bachelors degree?

I would like to apply for Tier-1 visa in June 2009. Thanks

hi...your qualification falls under Bachelors degree- 30 points.

points calculator will tell you, how many points are awarded to your degree.

It will fall under bachelors degree though.
