I was planing to apply for Tier 1 general migration on 10 April 2009, to show sufficient maintenance fund, i have to wait till 10 April 2009. I am getting enough points for Tier 1 but the problem is my Master's degree is equivalent to UK bachelor.

Due to recent changes (22-Feb-2009), i may not qualify because of degree and at the same time i can not apply before 31 March to meet maintenance. Please guide, is there any possibility?

Please elaborate more on your degree, is the Points calculator showing it as bachelors degree or is it showing it as masters.

How can a masters degree be bachelors?

I did Master in Computer Science from University of Karachi. It was accepted by Australian computer society a Masters degree...but i was surprized to see i am getting 30 points in UKBA point calculator...

unfortunately, they will go by whatever the points calculator show
