Clarification required in conversion rates- plz help urgent

Hi,
Am about to apply for tier1 from zurich. I ahve already submitted the application online yesterday and the dates for doc submission and biometric at visa application center is 6th march.

My question is, which date conversion rate I have to use for past earnings??? is it the day i submitted online application or the date i submit the biometric details or the conversion rate on the last day of my claim period i,e 28th Feb 2009 in my case..

conversion rate on the last day of my claim period - You can confirm this from the Guidance notes easily

Does this mean that since my last day for past earning claim period is 28th feb 2009, I should use this day conversion rate to claculate my pasr earning points ?
