question 6.9 & 6.10 on the online application form

Can anyone tell me if they are the same ? If the answer to 6.9 is a speeding ticket for which the fine has been paid...should I still say YES to Question 6.10

(including traffic offences)? Put a cross (x) in the relevant box

6.10 Have you ever been charged in any country with a
criminal offence for which you have not yet been tried in
court?(including traffic offences)?

If you were convicted in court then you should say yes, if not then select no!
