I have applied for my tier 1 extension (I am currenty on HSMP that expires May 09) I am getting married to a british girl in Oct 09. I already have the COA and went through the the process with HO so no issues there.

I wanted to know if that could cause a stupid silly issue with my application?

Also if i do fail for some reason (i claim 95 points easily and have perfect support docs), how long would the appeals last and could i work in that time?
