Biometric details for Tier 1 general

Post by Chitra » Fri Mar 06, 2009 9:51 pm

Hello to everybody.
I am planning to apply for Tier 1 general inside of the country(sending documents by post next week) so i wanted to clarify if i need biometric details or not.
I call to Home Office today and was told that is not applicable to the applicants inside of the country before 31 of march.
Is that correct?
Could you please advice me if i need biometric details to be taken or not
Thanks very much!

Ok if u paid the money than look the positive side that he is taking lot of care.. just worried that it will delay process..

both the above docs are also not required..

Wish you goodluck on it..

P.S: usually when u use solicitors if the fee is 1000£ we need to pay 100£ initially and rest once the application is approved and once u pay the balance he sends u the docs n passport.. there are many solicitors who give u NO WIN NO FEEs option..

I will try to look on positive side but its strange that he asked documents which are not required. :(
Can i also ask one more question its reqarding the address/person where HO return the documents. My lawyer told me that he must receive all my documents just because he is my represetnative. Is that correct?
