previous earnings for Tier 1 Genera

Hi all..

I am applying for tier 1 general in the month of march from the US..
my employer pays me on 10th and 25th of every month..
since am applying in march ..
On appendix 1, for previous earnings ..should i be showing earnings between 25/02/2008 - 25/02/2009 or should I show earnings between 1-1-2008 to 12-31-2008 and then show earnings for months jan and feb..
our tax returns usually show earnings from 1st of jan to 31st of dec..

please advice..

Dear KK..

as per the guidance, earning of any of the 12consecutive months of the last 15months can be used.. so you need to choose dates based on that,,

you can not use 25/02/2008 - 25/02/2009 you can use dates like 25/02/2008 - 24/02/2009 which forms 12months..

You also have to see that for maintenance funds evidence the 3months bank statements should not be older than 1month on the date of application sent to HO

You better read the guidance 2-3times.. and search this site there are lots of examples and discussions which will be useful toyou...
