Uplift ratio on Indian Earnings

Post by aspirant09 » Mon Mar 09, 2009 11:58 am

hi, i just read few posts which say that if you are in UK for more than past 6 months you cannot use the uplift ratio on the points based calculator to uplift your Indian Earnings .....is this correct?
Please advise.

Uplift ratio on Indian Earnings

Post by ukk » Mon Mar 09, 2009 2:13 pm

Dear Friend

I had conformed with two reputed immigration solicitors. They confirmed
that you can have a income from any country when u r in UK .

But remember golden rule 2 out of 3 proof of earnings .

I would suggest you should go for all three proof if you can .

I have also seen guidance not for tier one it also suggest that if you have income from more than one country ...................

cheers
