Urgent Query- UK Experience Assessment

What should I write in the cover letter for claiming points under Part 5 "UK Experience Assessment"...

Kindly please provide the appropriate language..

i did put it this way and got approval recently..

"I am claiming 5 points for this section i have been employed in the UK since more than 1year and am caliming my income/earnings from the UK income band"
