If one successfully applies for ILR based on marriage by post does the HO send back your original documents
or just the passport(s) with the ILR stickers in them?

They send you back your essential documents (eg, marriage docs, passports etc) , but keep others.

It is always advisable to copy every doc before you send them for ILR.

Hi.

I want to know what kind od documents you need to spupport your application for ILR if you are on spouse Visa.

I read document should spread over 2 years period whats that mean .
