12 months bank statement

Post by rvk » Mon Mar 16, 2009 10:53 pm

Hi

I got HSMP on April 2007, i am going for extension this month.

Due to millions of changes going on in the immigration i am planning to apply before end of this month.

As we need to submit the last 12 months bank statement,i have doubt here.
I am just maintaining the £ 800 fund only since end of december 08, so if we calculate based on that for 3 months of fund maintanance it goes until the 3rd week of this month(march) and i will be getting my bank statement for this month only on 1st week of April.

Is it possible to cover 3months something like this(20-12-08 to 20-03-09).

Also one more thing, will they accept if i write a letter stating that i will send this months bank statement by 1st week of April.

Pls give me ur suggestions.

I am trying to contact Home Office since last week, the call end up with the message. i contacted them through 0870 606 7766. Is there any alternate numbers.

Thanks All

Thanks Mahesh

In December couple of days the funds was around £ 780, so thats the reason i like to cover from 20-12-08 to 20-03-09.

Also one more thing, is it possible to cover 2 accounts(current and savings), i mean during december i had funds around £780 in current account and £200 in savings account, it is in the same bank.

Pls give me ur suggestions

Thanks

Hi rvk,

I plan to use the same using accounts from different banks (i.e. if my regular saver alone is not considered).

Hope that should be fine, I had confirmed this on a phone call (0870 606 7766).

Cheers

Hi aaammmiii,

what do you mean if savers account is not considered?

If you are keeping required funds in saving account and providing
proper bank statement there should be no problem.

can you please clarify what you confirmed by calling HO

Hi

I am thinking of submitting supporting documents like this, Pls give me ur suggestions.

For Earnings(They are asking 12 months banks statement for earning period and pay slips)

Earning period:
March08 to Feb09
Bank statements from March08 to Feb09 and payslips

For Maintanance of funds(Last three months bank statement)
20-12-08 to 20-03-09 (covering three months).
In page 18/49(Tier1(General) guidance, poit 83 they have given example for the calendar month(similar to what i am trying to do).

Whilst i submit the bank statements it will be for 13 months for covering the earning period and maintanance of funds.

Will it be ok.

Thanks
