Hi!
Do any body know that on which stage they confirm ur experience certificates from the employer? Is that before giving HSMP approval or before entry clearance from ur home country?

They can confirm in both cases but in recent experience of my friend just last week, British Embassy/Consulate in home country verified the job letter before entry clearance. They interviewed him almost 30 minutes on phone regarding job duties then confirmed it from his office.

So it looks like that they are very keen about job verification.
