TIER1 TO TIER2 : counter

Hi ,

I just called HO and they said TIER1 TO TIER2 , ILR counter shoots down to 0 .

But i explained then how come my friend got ILR , when he did a HSMP-> WP --> PR .

Then they are saying like in some cases etc etc ????

I AM CONFUSED HERE .....


Does anyone have a clear answer . I did not see any links in HO which says TIER1 TIER2 will make counter 0 .

Can anyone provide me any link which says so .

I would say yr mate ws just lucky..

cannot find the link for now.. but if you search for changes to Tier 1 in 2006.. you will definately find the answer..
