I am 32 years old and My father recently become a UK citizen, as his son, am I entitled to UK citizenship, if not what are my benifits as a son of UK citizen ?

If he recently became a British citizen, then you are not entitled to British citizenship by descent.

And I am not aware of any specific immigration benefits.

Or do you mean he was born a British citizen and only recently got his passport?

my father becomes british citizen by naturalization after 5 years of work permit, my mum is entitled to permanent residence and citizenship, as I am over 18 ( 32 ) I can't benefit from parent's british citizenship. thats really a shame ! am I entitled to other visas through my dad's uk citizenship ?

I'm afraid it doesn't entitle you to anything.
