Payment Details: Urgent ---Pl advice

Hi...

I have sent my VISA appln by royal mail spl delivery on 19th Mar at 12 pm. But after three hours I realised that in the payment details section of the form I have filled up the visa debit card details of LLOYDS bank which is not acceptable by the UK BA as per the payment guidelines . My appln reached them on 20th Mar morning.

Can you pl tell me whether my card details will still be accepted?? If not then will they send back my appln and if yes then how many days it will take to reach me??
I am bachelor degree holder and want to reapply on or before 30th March as new rules will be applicable from 31st mar....

raja i think you got visa electron card issued by lloyds bank, visa electron card is accepted by ukba for payment.

Why do you think it will not be accepted. I understand, all the debit and credit cards (VISA or Master) are accepted.

Visa is accepted, even i have paid via Visa, it will get deducted in two days after ur app reaches, u may verify this, the funds (£750) are blocked and then deducted in 2 days.

1. I have an appointment with the visa office on Wednesday. Can i pay the fees then only at the visa office?

2. One more thing they accept credit/debit card right?
