Location of Tier 1 Forms

Dear friends,

Kindly confirm if this is the location:

http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/howtoapply/vafs/

of the Tier 1 Forms (Application form VAF9 - PBS Migrant, and PBS Appendix 1 General Migrant self assessment form )

** I can see the guidance notes for VAF9, but however could not find the guidance notes for Appendix Form. Can anybody let me know where can i find the guidance notes for appendix.**

How difficult it is to understand the query....

I have given the location, the name of the forms. All i want is a little confirmation, and you guys are still complaining at that....

Can i have some answers on this please.......
