Urgent Please...

Hi guys a quick question, my wife has applied for tier1 dependent visa on 4th of march. im working here in uk. today we have a fone call from High Commission Islamabad here in our company to confirm im working here, which is fine. The guy talked to my boss. Well this is my main job. and im working another job over weekend part-time, of which my employer is not aware. the guy from islambad asked my boss if he know whether im working another job or not. My boss dont know. and he said 'No', he is not working another job.
Do you guys thing that it could be a problem?
legally i can do more than one jobs because im on Tier1.

Yes it will be problem if you did not explain n covering letter .

Well i have explained in covering letter that im working two jobs. n i have sent salary slips and employment letters from both jobs. But i didnt mention both employees know about each other. Thats why when they asked my boss from (main job) this morning. He said. "NO".
so what should i do know.
should i ask my boss to send them fax explaining that he is working another job which he (my boss) was not aware.

Hi, It is not a problem to work on multiple jobs under Tier1. It is not required for your boss to send a fax to HO/BHC explaining your other job. But if I were you, I would ask my boss (part time job) to fax the details - which makes more sense.

But I would wait for the seniors to reply back on their views.

I think this should be fine. Your current boss don't need to know whether you are working on another job(part-time), as its entirely on your descretion as how you spent your time after office hours.

If HO has issues with it, it can call you other employer and verify the same. You can do more than one job while on Tier 1 but HO recommend you to do the job in the field for which your Tier 1 was granted. E.g. If you are granted Tier 1 i.e. skilled visa for IT professional, theoritically you should be working on that only. Now you can work in other field e.g. teaching or plumbing, but i am not sure if HO will consider your payslips.

my main job is as a Technical Consultant which is ofcourse IT related. and on weekends im working for a security company, just for some extra money.so should i ask my main employee to fax islambad or not..im bit confused...
