queries over documents and process

Post by iremedyu » Mon Mar 23, 2009 9:31 am

Hello all,

Here I again. I'm appying Tier 1(general) from Ireland. I have several questions over the application forms and documents. Please advise me.

1. I've submitted a online application and printed it out. It just looks vaf9 form. Accordingly, dose a printed online application replace VAF9? or still require VAF9 manually filled-out with same information? please clarify all documents must be submitted.

- a printed online application
- ( VAF9 ) ???
- Appendix 1
- a printed self assessment summary
- a bunch of supporting documents

2. Is it mandatory that we must submit a copy of all supporing documents along with original ones?

3. I'm submitting in British Embassy and I will pay the fee there. Do they accept 'Laser card'? or 'Cash'?

4. Should I include the previous passport, which was expired along with current passport?

5. 'duration of study' in 'Appendix 1'- 6.5, does it describe academic year such as 05/sep/2005 ~ 28/may/2006? 'certificate of award' shows '20/jun/2006' as a date of award. I studied 'bachelors degree' for one full year.

Thanks for your time in advance,
Cheers
