company paid on 19th of each month wat to do?

My frd works for a company which pay him wages on 19th of each month,can anyone inform me that, is there any problem with him when he applying tier 1 visa.
His bank getting payments by bac from company bt on 19th of every month.

Please advise,or any experiences.

No it's not a problem as long as your bank statement and payslips compliment each other. Every company has different payroll based on which they pay their employees. This is perfectly fine.
