From the HSMP Guidance. i understood original Passport to be submitted along with the Application and other docs.

when will be the Passport will be returned?

will it be on decision or after primary checkup? will they return immediately? how long ....?

Initially you have to submit HSMP application alongwith original documents which supports your claimed points. Once you heard from HSMP about the decision and if decision is +ve passport should be submitted along with FLR(IED) after you heard from HSMP about the decision.

You can submit the passport once (in country) you get the HSMP approval letter. I.e. you don't have to do both at the same time...

It has been asked quite a few times...
