Intra Company Tranfer - Job change

Hi,

I'm from india and on work permit (Intra company transfer -Tier2 ) ,currently in UK .My VISA is getting expired on October 2009 .

I would like to know is there any possibility of job change if new employer ready to sponser me ?.I have 3 years diploma in Engineering as qualification .I have got 7 years of experience in my field of work
