HSMP Extension under tier 1 (general) need advice

Hi All,

I got my HSPM stamped on 03/July/2007 and i came to uk in may 2008, i am working from july 2008 and my visa is valid till 03 july 2009, i have booked for premimum service for extension on 5th of may, i have some questions to get clarified,

1) i have got 9 pay slips are they sufficeient(i get 80 points in total with 9 pay slips)

2) is P60 mandatory, i checked with my payroll team and they said that i will receive my P60 by end of may, by i have booked appointment on 5th of may for extension

i have maintaind enought funds 2400£ for 3 months as i have 1 dependent and my stay is less that 1 year in UK

i think so that should be fine......are they from the past 15 months....i assume yes.

yes the pay slips are from july 2008 to march 2009,

yes i do have bank statements,

Hmm..Please let us know your experience.

They would first take the payment and then check the files?
What if some of the papers are missing/they need additional proof, you have to visit again?
