have 2 entry clearances, which one to use?

I have 2 entry clearance/visas, first one for student, second one for Work Permit. Which entry clearance I should use for D3, D4 ?

I got Entry Clearance for Student visa in 2000, then went out for an out-of-country Entry Clearance for Work Permit visa in 2005.

I think I should answer "Yes" to D1.

But not sure which Entry clearance I should use for D3, D4. I guess it should be the First one?

Perhaps if you were to state what D3 and D4 actually is, you might get a quicker response. Not everyone has memorised the forms!!

D3. What date was the entry clearance or visa issued?

D4. Please enter the reference number on the entry clearance or visa which can be found in the applicant’s passport or travel document.

Because my 2 Entry Clearance are both issued in the same office, so no doubt for D2, but not sure which entry clearance I should use for D3 and D4.

I recommend you use your most recent entry clearance documents which is the work permit to answer the questions.

Me being in similar situation, i have always used my entry on Student as the first entry.. and samel applies to the Port...
