urgent question on dependant's form please

urgent question on dependant's form please

The Dependant's form page 28, H4: "Has the main applicant applied ... paragraphs 39-42 of the HSMP forum ... Judicial review...".

Should Tier 1 initial (switch) Dependant applicant tick "Yes", or "No"?

Write No if you applied your HSMP after new rules came into being in Dec 2006
