Help reuired

Post by pra_S » Mon Apr 06, 2009 10:14 am

Hi All,

Could someone advise me for the following query.

I am on a WP expiring in June, current employer has arranged to get the sponsership license and willing to provide me all the assistance to get ILR under Tier 2.

But, My current WP is for a company which is under a group of companies. Now the mother company of the group has got the sponsorship license under its name. When I spoke to my manager, he said all the companies under the group is included in the application for the license.

will this be treated as a change of company when I apply for the ILR. If not what are the documents that i need to provide to get it done.

Thanks

It depends on what they put in their application I suppose.

I would have thought that if they can show that your employer is within their group of companies then that should not be a change of employer.

That would be common sense.
