Administrative review

Post by dpurohit » Tue Apr 07, 2009 12:24 pm

Hi All,

I need some help from you guys here. Sorry for the long post but I really need some help here as I have tried all that I possibly can.

I had applied for the Tier 1 visa which was then rejected. The letter mentioned that the previous earnings I had mentioned did not match the deposits on my bank accounts and my salary slips. I have no idea how that is possible as I had checked the entries twice myself and once by another person.

Anyway, I filed for the administrative review on 25/03/2009. I went to the BHC in delhi and submitted it by hand myself to the person at the gate (as they would not let me in).
Now, when my visa was rejected I was only handed the passport and none of my original documents. I called BHC 2 weeks back and they said they had not received my administrative review form. I told them it has been over a week and I had submitted the form personally. They asked me to call again later.

Well I called again the next day, same status.

In the meanwhile my employer has told me that they want to apply for a tier 2 for me. I have mailed BHC that I want my administrative review cancelled and would like my originals back. I have not received any reply from them. I even called them and they just said that I need to wait for their mail. And even now they are saying that they have not received my administrative review form.

Can someone suggest what I should do now. I am worried that they will never recieve my form (they might have misplaced it) and I have no way of getting my originals back.

No I dont actually. In fact I even asked the guy for some sort of a reference. He just showed me the register where everyone who came to submit the form had their entry and said no one is given a reference as long as the name is entered on the register.
