From Workpermit to HSMP

Hi guys,
I worked on work permit from October 2004 to March 2008 and since then I am on HSMP. I was wondering when I can apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain and when I can apply for citizenship? Also, it this new probational citizenship applies to me?

You can apply for ILR within One month of your 5 years i.e. by September 2009. New rules are not in place at the moment so you should be safe.
