Letters from HO with reference

Hi,
I applied for Tier 1 General from the UK and received a letter with the HO reference. But I applied with a dependant is it OK that there is a reference only for me but not for my dependent?

In your reference letter there will be a sentence somthinglike..
We acknowledge receipt of the application above and any associated dependant applications made.....

yes there is the text. But my friend just got 3 separate lettere for all of his dependants.

I got 1 letter n approvals for all..
